JudgeYanta.Resume.long.2021The Texas permits parties by agreement to use a private judge to try their civil or family law case.  The parties must file a motion with the Trial Court and obtain an order assigning the case to the private judge.   Not only does this process generally allow the parties more privacy, the process also allows parties to conclude their legal dispute more quickly and in a more convenient manner.
