Former Judge Yanta has deep experience in studying and applying the law, both as an attorney and a judge.  She brings this expertise to her practice in providing legal strategy and advocacy support at the trial court level, preserving issues to be presented on appeal, and handling all forms of appellate matters, from petitions for writ of mandamus to appeals in the intermediate appellate courts to petitions for review and mandamus and briefing and oral argument at the Texas Supreme Court.
